LEC Ahead LLC, publicly branded as LEC Ahead (“LEC Ahead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides leadership coaching, management training, leadership workshops, leadership career coaching, and management-practice consulting.

These Terms apply to use of the public website. Paid services are governed by the applicable proposal, client agreement, Client Policies, payment terms, and other written documents accepted by the client. If those service documents conflict with these Terms, the service documents control for the paid service.

This website and LEC Ahead services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the website, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Visiting the website, submitting a form, sending an email, or participating in a complimentary consultation does not create a coaching, consulting, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship.

A client relationship begins only after LEC Ahead accepts the engagement and the required written agreement and payment terms have been completed.

Website content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, therapeutic, employment-law, employee-relations, compliance, or human-resources advice.

LEC Ahead provides leadership coaching, management training, leadership workshops, leadership career coaching, and management-practice consulting. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a situation requires specialized advice.

LEC Ahead does not guarantee promotions, employment, increased income, improved employee performance, conflict resolution, business growth, or any other specific result.

Examples, educational materials, and descriptions of possible benefits are illustrative only. Results vary based on the individual, workplace, participation, decisions, circumstances, and factors outside LEC Ahead’s control.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-inquiry purposes. You may not:

LEC Ahead grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to view the public website and print or save reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from LEC Ahead.

“LEC Ahead,” the LEC Ahead name, logo, taglines, and related branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.

When you submit an inquiry, message, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, contractual restrictions, or another person’s rights.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, trade secrets, legally privileged information, or highly confidential workplace information through a public website form.

LEC Ahead does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, products, or services. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy policy before using it.

LEC Ahead’s collection and use of personal information through the website are described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you acknowledge that the information will be handled as described there.

LEC Ahead aims to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

We may correct errors, update content, change services, modify prices or availability, suspend features, or discontinue the website without prior notice. Any confirmed client purchase remains subject to the applicable written agreement and payment terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

LEC Ahead disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEC Ahead and its owner, officers, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or third-party services.

LEC Ahead is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based solely on general website content.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit a business to waive.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEC Ahead and its owner, officers, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify LEC Ahead for LEC Ahead’s own unlawful conduct.

LEC Ahead may restrict, suspend, or terminate website access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, business, service providers, or legal rights, or when a person violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any law that gives a consumer the right to proceed elsewhere, disputes concerning these Terms or use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving El Paso County, Colorado, and the parties consent to those courts.

LEC Ahead may revise these Terms as the website, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure by LEC Ahead to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning use of the public website.

They do not replace a signed client agreement, proposal, Client Policies, payment terms, recording consent, or other written service document. For paid services, the more specific service document controls if there is a conflict.
