Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms govern access to and use of lecahead.com, the LEC Ahead Academy, and publicly available or purchased digital content made available through those services. By accessing or using the website or Academy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or Academy.

LEC Ahead LLC, publicly branded as LEC Ahead (“LEC Ahead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides leadership coaching, management training, leadership workshops, leadership career coaching, management-practice consulting, and self-paced leadership training through the LEC Ahead Academy.

These Terms apply to use of the public website and Academy. Paid coaching and other service engagements are also governed by the applicable proposal, client agreement, Client Policies, payment terms, course checkout terms, and other written documents accepted by the client or learner. If those more specific service or purchase documents conflict with these Terms, the more specific accepted terms control for that service or purchase.

The website, Academy, and LEC Ahead services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the website or Academy, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Public website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Visiting the website, creating an Academy account, submitting a form, sending an email, purchasing a self-paced course, or participating in a complimentary consultation does not create a coaching, consulting, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship.

A coaching or consulting client relationship begins only after LEC Ahead accepts the engagement and the required written agreement and payment terms have been completed. Purchasing a self-paced course creates only the learner access rights described for that course and does not by itself create an individual coaching or consulting relationship.

Website content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, therapeutic, employment-law, employee-relations, compliance, or human-resources advice.

LEC Ahead provides leadership coaching, management training, leadership workshops, leadership career coaching, and management-practice consulting. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a situation requires specialized advice.

LEC Ahead does not guarantee promotions, employment, increased income, improved employee performance, conflict resolution, business growth, or any other specific result.

Examples, educational materials, and descriptions of possible benefits are illustrative only. Results vary based on the individual, workplace, participation, decisions, circumstances, and factors outside LEC Ahead’s control.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-inquiry purposes. You may not:

·  Use the website in violation of any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right

·  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, accounts, or data

·  Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology

·  Interfere with website operation, security, performance, or another person’s use

·  Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to copy or extract content except as permitted by ordinary search-engine indexing

·  Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation

·  Submit false, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or infringing content

·  Use website content to create a competing course, coaching program, training product, template library, or commercial service

·  Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices

·  Share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your Academy account or course access

·  Record, screen-capture, reproduce, distribute, upload, teach from, or publicly display paid course videos or materials except as expressly permitted by LEC Ahead

The website, Academy, and their text, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, videos, narration, course content, downloadable materials, workbooks, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, templates, and other content are owned by or licensed to LEC Ahead and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

LEC Ahead grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to view the public website and, when you purchase or are granted access to an Academy course, to use that course and any authorized downloads for your own personal, noncommercial professional development during the applicable access period.

Except for downloads or uses expressly authorized by LEC Ahead, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, record, screen-capture, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, teach from, or commercially exploit website or Academy content without prior written permission from LEC Ahead.

“LEC Ahead,” the LEC Ahead name, logo, taglines, and related branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.

Academy access is personal to the learner account associated with the enrollment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Account or course access may not be transferred, resold, or shared without written permission from LEC Ahead.

Course prices, access periods, and any course-specific purchase terms are those displayed on the applicable course page, checkout page, invoice, or enrollment confirmation at the time of purchase. Access may end automatically on the stated expiration date.

A one-time course purchase may be represented inside a third-party learning or billing platform as a plan, subscription, enrollment, or similar administrative record. Unless the checkout page or accepted purchase terms expressly state that billing will recur, that internal record does not create a recurring payment obligation.

Payment must be successfully processed before paid course access is provided. Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Client Policies, any course-specific terms shown at purchase, and applicable law.

LEC Ahead may update course technology, layouts, files, examples, or delivery methods and may replace substantially equivalent materials when reasonably necessary. If LEC Ahead discontinues a purchased course before the learner’s stated access period ends, LEC Ahead will use reasonable efforts to provide continued access, a substantially equivalent replacement, or an appropriate remedy for the unused portion as required by the applicable purchase terms or law.

When you submit an inquiry, message, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, contractual restrictions, or another person’s rights.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, trade secrets, legally privileged information, or highly confidential workplace information through a public website form.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize LEC Ahead and its service providers to use that content only as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the requested interaction, protect the website, maintain records, and comply with law.

Unsolicited ideas or feedback may be used by LEC Ahead without an obligation to compensate you, provided that LEC Ahead does not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential personal information without permission.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, LEC Ahead may send text messages related to your inquiry, consultation request, scheduling, active services, or account-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from LEC Ahead.

The website and Academy may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including learning-management, scheduling, video-conferencing, billing, payment, email, accounting, analytics, or social platforms.

LEC Ahead does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, products, or services. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy policy before using it.

LEC Ahead’s collection and use of personal information through the website are described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you acknowledge that the information will be handled as described there.

LEC Ahead aims to provide useful and accurate website and Academy information but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

We may correct errors, update content, change services, modify prices or availability for future purchases, suspend features, or discontinue website or Academy features. A completed purchase remains subject to the purchase terms accepted at checkout and any applicable Client Policies.

Website or Academy access may be interrupted by maintenance, service-provider outages, security events, internet failures, account issues, or other circumstances outside LEC Ahead’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, Academy, and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

LEC Ahead disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEC Ahead and its owner, officers, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, Academy, content, or third-party services.

LEC Ahead is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based solely on general website content.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit a business to waive.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEC Ahead and its owner, officers, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify LEC Ahead for LEC Ahead’s own unlawful conduct.

LEC Ahead may restrict, suspend, or terminate website or Academy access when reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, business, service providers, intellectual property, or legal rights, or when a person violates these Terms, shares account access, misuses course materials, engages in fraud, or creates a security risk. Any refund rights remain governed by the applicable purchase terms, Client Policies, and law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any law that gives a consumer the right to proceed elsewhere, disputes concerning these Terms or use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving El Paso County, Colorado, and the parties consent to those courts.

LEC Ahead may revise these Terms as the website, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure by LEC Ahead to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the general agreement concerning use of the public website and Academy.

They do not replace a signed client agreement, proposal, Client Policies, course-specific purchase terms, checkout terms, payment terms, recording consent, or other written service document. For paid services or digital purchases, the more specific accepted document controls if there is a conflict.
