Services are delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams or another agreed virtual meeting platform.
Step Into Leadership is currently available for $397 for the first five founding clients. The standard program price is $497after the founding-client offer ends.
The package includes a 90-Minute Kickoff + First Coaching Session, three weekly 75-minute coaching sessions, and a 15-minute Progress and Learning Review. Sessions are focused on practical leadership development and real workplace application.

If you decide to move forward, you complete the client agreement, submit payment, and schedule your coaching sessions.

Over the remaining three weeks, we work through real leadership situations, strengthen practical skills, and identify actions you can apply in your role between sessions.
We review your key takeaways, final knowledge check, remaining questions, and next 30-day action plan.
