Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a program or require you to make a purchase.

When you check the required consent box and submit a website form, you consent to LEC Ahead contacting you by email or telephone regarding:

This consent does not authorize recurring promotional emails, marketing text messages, automated telephone calls, or placement on a marketing list.

You may withdraw your consent to further nonessential communications by emailing contact@lecahead.com. Withdrawal does not affect communications that have already occurred or messages necessary to administer an active service or agreement.

If you provide your phone number and check an SMS/text-message consent box, you agree that LEC Ahead may send text messages related to your inquiry, consultation request, scheduling, active services, or account-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of text messages.

LEC Ahead does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information, mobile phone numbers, or text-message consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent LEC Ahead from contacting you by email or phone when reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer an active service, complete a transaction, or comply with law.

LEC Ahead LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

LEC Ahead will not add you to an email newsletter or promotional mailing list merely because you submitted an inquiry or consultation form.

Marketing communications will be sent only when you separately request or consent to receive them. Any marketing message will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe.

LEC Ahead does not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as providers of:

·  Appointment scheduling

·  Video conferencing

·  Session recording or transcription, when expressly authorized

·  Payment processing

·  Bookkeeping and accounting

·  Professional advisers, insurers, accountants, legal advisers, tax advisers, or other support professionals when reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, insurance, or compliance purposes

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

Personal information may be stored or processed in Colorado, elsewhere in the United States, or in other locations where LEC Ahead’s technology providers operate. LEC Ahead uses reputable providers and limits disclosures to information reasonably needed for the service.

We may also disclose information:

·  To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of LEC Ahead or others

·  To investigate fraud, misuse, or security concerns

·  In connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of the business

If online scheduling or payment processing is made available, the applicable third-party provider may collect information directly from you.

Payment-card and financial information may be handled by the payment provider under its own privacy policy and terms. LEC Ahead may receive transaction information such as your name, payment status, amount paid, and transaction date.

Billing questions may be directed to billing@lecahead.com. LEC Ahead is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for:

LEC Ahead does not use information submitted through its contact or consultation forms for targeted advertising.

Coaching and consultation discussions may involve workplace situations. Clients should avoid unnecessarily identifying employees, customers, patients, coworkers, or other third parties.

Do not submit information that is subject to another person's confidentiality rights, a nondisclosure agreement, protected-health-information rules, attorney-client privilege, or other legal restrictions unless you are authorized to do so.

Additional terms concerning coaching records, confidentiality, technology use, and client responsibilities may appear in the Client Policies or coaching agreement.

LEC Ahead does not routinely record coaching or consultation sessions. On occasion, a session may be recorded for note-taking or preparation of service records only when every participant gives prior, express consent.

Before recording begins, LEC Ahead will explain the purpose of the recording and obtain consent. The recording will also be announced when it begins. A client may decline recording without affecting eligibility for services and may ask for the recording to stop at any time.

When a session is recorded:

·  The recording and any transcript will be used only for the stated note-taking or service-documentation purpose.

·  The recording will not be used for advertising, testimonials, public content, staff training, or training an artificial-intelligence model.

·  Access will be limited to LEC Ahead and service providers needed to host, record, transcribe, secure, or store the session.

·  A recording or transcript will not be submitted to an AI-assisted note-taking or transcription service unless that use is disclosed in advance and the client gives separate express consent.

·  Session recordings, transcripts, and unedited AI-generated summaries will be securely deleted after the related notes are completed and no later than 30 days after the session, unless a longer period is required by law, needed for a dispute, or separately agreed to in writing.

Additional recording terms and consent procedures may be included in the coaching agreement or Client Policies.

LEC Ahead may use AI-assisted software for limited administrative, drafting, research-support, or organizational purposes.

LEC Ahead will not intentionally submit highly sensitive personal information or identifiable confidential workplace information to an AI-assisted tool unless the use is necessary, permitted, and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Session recordings and transcripts will not be processed by an AI-assisted note-taking or transcription tool without advance disclosure and separate express client consent.

AI-assisted tools are not used to make automated decisions determining whether a person is eligible for services, the price that person receives, or access to services.

LEC Ahead retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, contractual, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, the following general periods apply:

·  Inquiries that do not become clients: Up to 24 months after the last communication

·  Client intake information, coaching notes, and service records: Up to three years after the final service

·  Session recordings, transcripts, and unedited AI-generated summaries: Deleted after the related notes are completed and no later than 30 days after the session, unless a longer period is required by law, needed for a dispute, or separately agreed to in writing

·  Contracts, payment records, invoices, accounting records, and tax-related records: Up to seven years

·  Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn or the records are no longer needed

·  Website logs and technical information: According to the settings and retention schedules of the applicable technology providers

Some information may remain temporarily in system backups after active records are deleted.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, LEC Ahead will delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it.

LEC Ahead uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include:

·  Password-protected accounts and devices

·  Access controls

·  Reputable technology providers

·  Secure website connections

·  Software and system updates

·  Limited access to client information

·  Appropriate disposal of records

No website, email system, cloud platform, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or public website forms.

If a security incident occurs, LEC Ahead will investigate and provide notifications when required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Regardless of whether a particular privacy law applies, you may contact LEC Ahead to request:

·  Confirmation of whether we maintain information about you

·  Access to information associated with you

·  Correction of inaccurate information

·  Deletion of information

·  A copy of information you provided

·  Withdrawal of contact or marketing consent

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information when reasonably necessary to:

If a request is denied, you may ask us to reconsider the decision.

LEC Ahead will not discriminate against someone for making a legitimate privacy request.

The website and LEC Ahead’s services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

LEC Ahead does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that information was submitted by a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The website may contain links to websites or services that LEC Ahead does not control. This Privacy Policy does not govern those external services.

Review the privacy policies of third-party websites before providing them with personal information.
